Right, it’s the penultimate day in the transfer window, and Ibrox Noise will bring you what we have on all the outgoing rumours involving Rangers’ senior squad as we count down the remaining 36-ish hours of this transfer cavalcade.

Butland:

Bid received, a few varying notes about who from, with most reports claiming Nottingham Forest, but it was a Premier League team and Rangers have definitively issued a hands-off warning. That is club-talk for ‘it’ll have to be a goliath bid to tempt us’. Which means Rangers want a minimum of £20M+ or he goes nowhere. Butland is one of the SPL’s most valuable players, and Rangers won’t sell him lightly.

Ridvan:

The usual Galatasaray nonsense is being pushed again by the notorious Turkish press, with various mouthpiece saying this that and the next thing. Rangers received a bid from the Istanbul giants but only a loan one, and Ridvan’s form is worth a lot more than the claimed £3.5M option to buy. There is no further interest in him.

Lowry:

Was supposed to go back out on loan but the Hearts scandal put paid to that and now he’s out of the game until March at the earliest.

Dessers:

As we suggested this morning, that was just the clickbait press at its worst, and we’re fairly sure there’s no story here. Dessers isn’t going anywhere. Would leave Rangers desperately short if he did.

Cifuentes:

Final touches on his move to Cruzeiro on loan, that one should go through before the deadline we understand.

Barisic:

Interest here went dead – we understand he did speak to Roma within freedom of contract but Jose’s sacking has changed their priorities and that one went quiet. We’re not aware of his being offered a new deal at Ibrox yet.

Tavernier:

There was some Saudi interest here, but it went quiet. This is a long-standing situation, Tav interesting the Saudis. He would cost them a fortune.

Cantwell:

We got wind of an offer here from down south recently – it was below what Rangers believe he is worth so he’s not going anywhere, but we’d probably have taken it if it was up to Ibrox Noise. But it’s not.

Matondo:

The Mainz stuff we covered earlier. Just a story lost in translation from a Bild conjecture article. He’s 99% unlikely to leave.

And as far as it goes, that’s all the outgoing stories we have.
