Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst has admitted he has absolutely no idea when Aaron Ramsey will be fit, or even if he will.
The loan signing from Juventus, on a wage in Turin of £400,000, has been an absolute disaster of an addition so far, with just 94 minutes since arriving in January.
And following repeated apparent setbacks the manager confirmed he can’t give any kind of date at all on when he hopes the Wales international will be fit.
The ex-Arsenal man, worth £40M when Juventus signed him, is in training (back in training, we should say) at Auchenhowie, but for mysterious reasons is miles off fitness and has absolutely zero ETA on when he might be back.
Gio stopped short of confirming the signing has been a fail, because he simply never would say such a thing, but as we arrive in March and the 32-year old has been a-near permanent absentee, it’s looking now like his journey to Govan peaked with the photo shoot of his arrival.
