We need to put GVB to one side for now, because something very important is happening tomorrow.

Following the sad passing of our Manager a few weeks ago, we thankfully get our proper chance to say goodbye tomorrow to Sir Walter Smith as the invite-only public memorial takes place.

The service will be live streamed for free on Rangers TV so all fans can properly say a goodbye and witness a service celebrating the life and joy that was Walter, and pay our respects.

Of course, it is that invite-only service so we’re not sure exactly how big the congregation will be, but the day’s tribute will be live cast so everyone is able to see it.

Again, we’re not sure if the broadcast will be available on YouTube, but it will for all RTV members, free of charge, of course.

An announcement tomorrow is deeply unlikely on the trivial matter of a new manager for obvious reasons, it is Walter’s day and that’s all that matters.
