Nonsense. If he wants to play for Rangers, he'll wait. Hibs have stated that they will not sell to Rangers. They will accept anything they can get from any other club, but they're not interested in selling to Rangers.
Scott Allan knows the score. It's up to him. I'm a Rangers fan. If I was him I'd wait. But I'm not him.
Scott Allan knows that Rangers want him. He knows that Hibs will not sell him to Rangers, tis season, so it doesn't matter how much they offer.
Rangers have made a bid. It is a reasonable bid. Rangers have no interest in giving Hibs a large fee, that they could use to strengthen their squad in the promotion chase, even if they would sell. So they should leave it up to young Scott. If he wants to play for Rangers, he should be prepared to wait. If not, so be it. If he waits, he will achieve the status of an idol, at Ibrox, before he has even kicked a ball.
Who Knows? This activity and an Allan refusal to back down, might make Hibs see the potential for division, within the fan base and the dressing room. They might come to their senses and take what they can get from Rangers. We'll see.
