Loan Rangers confirmed – five new signings

4

Rangers have tonight finally
confirmed the news brought to you this morning by Ibroxnoise.co.uk, with the
captures of a whole host of players.
The five loanees are currently
still in Newcastle, but will travel to Scotland
imminently to begin their 6-month spells at Ibrox under caretaker manager Kenny McDowall.
The new signings are:

Slovenian international Haris Vuckic, an attacking flair player
aged 22. With the Ibrox men desperately needing some genuine quality to supply
the last third, Vuckic is a pretty good bet.
Swiss youth international Kevin Mbabu, only 19. He is a central
defender but may be a touch green hence not yet appearing for the Geordies.
English defender Remie Streete, 20. Like Mbabu he failed
to start for Newcastle
but will provide much-needed depth for defence.
23 year old Northern Irish international
Shane Ferguson. Capable of playing
as both a left back and left winger, his is a pretty impressive capture, and
may solve the current lack of creative quality on the left flank.
Last but not least Burundi-born Englishman
Gael Bigirimana. A central
midfielder, he is another young talent at only 21, and with 13 EPL appearances
under his belt he is clearly capable.
An intriguing twist is that their
wages will not be paid by Rangers, but by Newcastle,
and as such they are completely free players in every sense.
The hope now is these guys are given a chance.

  1. All very well to bring in new players but which of the tired old faces is Kenny going to drop to give these guys a chance when he won't give the younger players already at the club a chance. What we really need is a new manager, one that wants to be there and one that is not going to repeat all the same mistakes that Ally made.
