It’s blatantly clear that referee David Dickinson was pressured into giving the green light to Dundee’s farcical pitch and allowing today’s Motherwell match to go ahead.
Images coming out of Dens Park show the surface is not only heavily sanded, but bogged down with rainwater, making it completely unfit for purpose and that the ref has given the ok for this one is utterly ridiculous and lord only knows how bad the pitch will be come midweek and Rangers’ potential visit.
It is completely and totally unfit for football and we’d be shocked if there are no injuries for the sides taking to that bog.
Indeed, Clyde 1’s people are there and showing just how utterly treacherous this pitch is, as you can see below.

All we can say is it’s a farce, and Rangers will not tolerate playing on that pitch. We can genuinely see the club refusing.
What a shambles.
