If Sunday’s win at Dingwall by Celtic demonstrated anything, it’s that Stavros’ side are nervous.

Ibrox Noise never pays attention 99% of the time to anything Celtic, but now that we’re right at the business end of the season, it made sense to monitor a little of their performance, given what they stand to lose and us to gain.

And what we saw was a very nervy (as the BBC put it) display by a side terrified of losing.

Rangers have nothing to lose as things stand – we are 6 points behind and all pressure, frankly, is off.

This is what makes us so dangerous, and Celtic know it.

And their performances will now be nervy, anxious, and terrified of slipping up.

They are the ones ready to fall, to bottle it, to lose everything, and all Rangers have to do is continued to pursue, win, and let the rest take care of itself.

Will we win? It’s in the hands of the football Gods, but Celtic are absolutely terrified of losing now, and to go to Dingwall and be that unconvincing while Rangers rolled their sleeves up down to 10 men and battled out a well-earned and ultimately convincing win at Motherwell shows the difference between the two.

Rangers are playing without pressure now, Celtic have all the weight on their shoulders.

And we’ll be waiting if you even remotely slip up.

No pressure…

  1. I agree not only are they nervy , they are being found out for how average they are. Poor refereeing again as they dodged the yellow cards and almost got the offside goal . Onwards .
