With Celtic not having won at Almondvale in the league in 16 years (yes, really) Rangers have a real opening this weekend.
Celtic (and indeed the Famous) have found the Tony Macaroni a frugal venue for many years, but Rangers’ spoils there are infinitely better than what the greens have taken.
As such, this could finally be Rangers’ weekend to secure a massive win over long-term nemesis Aberdeen while Celtic could slip up yet again in Livi.
Quite simply, the league remains in Rangers’ hands. All we have to do is keep on winning.
There are two Old Firms left, and that’s 6 points. If we win all 9 remaining fixtures we are the champions.
It’s not impossible, and it’s happened before.
But it begins today.
Forget the 150 anniversary, we can celebrate that AFTER we beat Aberdeen, but if we don’t get the three points, such celebrations are a bit hollow.
Being 150 years old matters, but the 56th title matters more than it does.
And it begins by taking 3 points at Ibrox and letting the rest take care of itself.
Getting a little tired of mis concentration and direction by Rangers Board to the critical path. 56 is the only thing that matters Not 150 or this OZ bullshit . As you say celebrate 150 after winning the league ffs
