Former Rangers target’s Vaclav Hladky’s ‘defence’ of Ondrej Kudela is perhaps the most foolish and ill-thought out backing we’ve seen in a long time.
The big Czech goalie, who we’re sure is a decent enough fellow, really should not have waded in to this crossfire and his defence that ‘you f*cking guy’ is a well-known Czech phrase has to be the weakest case we can remember.
It’s clear that is NOT what Kudela said. He’s claimed it is, some bizarre ‘you f*cking guy’ ditty to Kamara, but that is NOT what Kamara, Zungu or indeed a glut of black players on the visiting side heard.
They heard the word monkey, clear as day.
Now, we could argue Kamara misheard. We might even suggest Zungu did too (chances slimming mind you), but the notion every single black player on the pitch, particularly on Praha’s side, somehow accidentally heard ‘monkey’ when Kudela hadn’t said that is down to basically none.
Vaclav, mate, we’re sure you’re a good guy, and you said kind things about our club, which we appreciate, but your defence of your mate is deeply flimsy and this wasn’t your war to wade into.
Pipe down son.
Simple. Defend Kudela or Slavia in any way and you are an enemy of our club and a racist. Fuck off!!!
