Ex-Rangers hero looks to Dortmund as proof v PSV

Ally McCoist differs slightly to this view implying the Scottish authorities should aid with congestion better than they do, but Halliday makes a point about what the side achieved with such a huge fixture backlog as Rangers had.
But end of the day, all good Rangers men and women just want what’s best for the club. Including Halliday.
