Sturgeon slams Rangers, but winds up Celtic…

Nicola Sturgeon has today condemned the Green Brigade effigies mocking Kris Boyd, and the Hibernian fans who invaded the pitch confronting James Tavernier.

But of course, she didn’t.

Didn’t say a word about any of these things, just pipes up when Rangers fans do something bad.

Don’t get us wrong, we condemned more strongly than most the appalling conduct of the fan or fans who was guilty of yesterday’s disgraceful bottle incident, and we expect them banned for life.

But for our FM to come out NOW and condemn this, like she condemned George Square but barely touched upon the barrier chaos and police assaults at Parkhead just colours her biased and demonstrates once again that the authorities will always target our club and fans and if we give them ammo it only makes it easier.

So thank you that bampot who did this, and once again the SNP leaps to chastise Rangers.

However, in a curious oddity that will displease the green brethren, Sturgeon did clearly call the match ‘Old Firm’ thereby adding to literally everyone on earth who calls it that, and only excluding the crazy mentalists at Parkhead.

They won’t like that one.

A mixed bag from the boss…
