5 days with destiny as Rangers face Braga and Celtic

It’s now safe to say Rangers’ season rests on the next four or five days. The league might be hanging by a thread (albeit most of the support has waved the little white flag on that one already) but it’s not gone, and the cup and UEL remain potential.

But with the Famous down 1-0 from the first leg in Braga, facing the Portuguese tomorrow will be followed by taking on Celtic on Sunday in the cup and it’s pretty much the defining few days of Rangers’ 21/22.

While we just do not know what’ll happen league-wise (even if the Mystic Megs in the support have awarded the title to Celtic) we do know that beating them on Sunday following making the semi final of the UEL tomorrow would be a gigantic boost for everyone connected with the club, with recent times definitely not being the best for us.

First things first – tomorrow. Beating Braga at Ibrox to ensure the club is in the semi final. Even if that’s as far as we get, it would be regarded as an overwhelming success and a completely excellent Euro season.

Then we have Celtic on Sunday. Going to face them in the cup on the back of making the UEL semi would be a hell of a thing, and then managing to beat them as well?

It’s definitely a big 4 or 5 days for the Famous.

Can we do it?

Of course we can.

True, no Morelos, no Helander, and half the team is on the treatment table, but this club has managed incredible things and there’s no reason we can’t again.

How good would it be to end this week in a Euro semi final and a domestic final?
