Let’s face it, tonight’s win over Dortmund has put shockwaves throughout Europe. It was the biggest win a Scottish club has achieved at this level in many, many decades, and has rewritten the rules about what our club is capable of.

Sure, Dortmund lacked Haaland, but they had the rest, and they had plenty of opportunities.

But it was Rangers the clinical ones, Rangers the decisive ones, and that was all without a perfectly legitimate goal ruled out.

Is this the biggest club win in Scottish history? It’s right up there.

Borussia, by stats and coefficient of the past 10 years, are placed 11th in world football.

They are just outside being a top 10 team.

And Rangers beat them well and truly 6-4 on aggregate.
