3 fresh injury doubts add to Stevie’s Ibrox troubles for Hibs

Rangers have been hit with a further triple injury blow after it was confirmed Connor Goldson and Juninho Bacuna are major doubts for Sunday’s visit of Hibs along with striker Fashion Sakala.

This adds to Ryan Kent, Filip Helander and long term absentee Ryan Jack as a minimum of 6 doubts or certain absences for such a massive match.

Which means Rangers’ makeshift side is set for yet more change this weekend as injury is likely to see further tinkering, and the notion of a settled XI seems a long way off.

Defence could well continue as it was last night, with the same personnel, but your guess is as good as ours over what the likely starting XI is.

Stevie is down to Tav, Patterson, Balogun, Simpson, Bassey, Barisic, Davis, Kamara, Lundstram, Kelly, Arfield, Aribo, Hagi, Wright, Roofe and Morelos for certain, unless there’s further issues before Sunday.

It’s far from ideal.
