Sturgeon accused of hypocrisy following Rangers decision

Following Rangers’ denied request for a decent crowd for the Arsenal match this weekend, Celtic’s request for a 20K crowd at their CL qualifier will make for very very interesting listening.
The east end side want Parkhead a third full for their opening CL qualifier, but of course with Rangers’ request for a healthier crowd than just 2K for the visit of Mikel Arteta’s men denied, granting Celtic a 20K crowd in the same week would be typical.
Rangers have confirmed the government rejected the request, and have criticised that decision given the 12K at Hampden, and if the government now approve Celtic’s request, the hypocrisy will be laughable, if unsurprising.
The government have confirmed crowds of 2K will be permitted throughout Scotland, but they’ve opened themselves up to accusations of double-dealing given that larger crowd at Hampden, plus if they now approve Celtic’s request, the stench of hypocrisy will colossally ridiculous.
But we firmly expect it.
We expect the government to say yes to Celtic, yes to Scotland, but no to Rangers.
If we turn out to be wrong, we’ll humbly hold our hands up and admit it, unlike, for example, James Dornan.
