Shock SFA ban stat shows referees’ true colours…

Following Alfredo Morelos’ latest ban, a stunning stat has emerged from user Ryan Kerr online to demonstrate just how much nonsense Celtic fans’ claims are that the referees are biased against them.

The research, which is rather eye-opening, illustrates that Rangers have had 12 red cards since Stevie became manager, with Celtic having just 6, and 5 retro bans to Celtic’s none, with the one caveat being Ryan Christie who got a three match ban when he was injured so it didn’t even affect them.

If any Celtic fans want to believe they get targeted, they’re delusional.

And to further compound this, in Celtic’s last four matches:

They’ve scored two offside goals, they dived for a penalty, and got away with two elbows to the face.

And still could only win two of the four…

Our point is that the Celtic fans crying foul that the referees are out to get them are talking out of their pie hole.

The retro bans for Rangers and the 12 red cards shows Rangers are doing everything this season despite the refs, not as a result of their help.

Even Scott Brown’s citation is for a pretty minor offence and belief is widespread it’s just tokenism and won’t lead to a ban.

But hey, even the refs can’t stop 55…
