Former Celt praises Rangers & 55; calls Celtic ‘boring’…

Former Celtic man Lubo Moravcik’s comments that he’s delighted Rangers are about to win the title are sure to go down well at Parkhead.

The Slovakian star of days gone by has been a bit of a historical troll about all things Rangers, but even he was unable to do little more than praise Rangers this season and condemn Celtic.

He claimed them winning the league and everything else all the time was ‘boring’ (or corrupt, potatoes potahtoes) and welcomed the fact Rangers will win the league this season, in what can only be called a serious breach of protocol for any former Celt who’s supposed to back their team unconditionally.

Indeed, as we speak, the green and white hordes are likely wailing, gnashing, and howling to the moon over how he could say these things, and we doubt there’s a single fan of an eastern persuasion who can agree that Rangers winning the title is a good thing.

Which is frankly great for us in Govan.

We find it hilarious to watch some of the things Celts and their gang are coming out with, with bitterness slewed among it, but this change of tact in seeing one of them actively applauding Rangers and claiming their own domination was ‘boring’ is truly amusing.

The hordes won’t be happy with that one…
