The utter horror stat that will have Rangers fans reeling….

Following the wreckage of today’s appalling performance and result, we have to make focus on one of the worst stats we’ve ever had the misfortune of witnessing.

As we know Rangers were chronic, and produced a truly dire show, but it was the stat on 65 minutes which gave some indication of how Steven Gerrard’s side fared.

85% possession in the second half, 0 shots, not even any off target.

Meanwhile 15% possession for the home side, 1 shot.

This horror stat summed up how absolutely apoplectic Rangers were today, and as the ball repeatedly passed its way around ineffectively in midfield, there was zero creativity till Eros Grezda’s wild attempt mercifully brought that stat to an end on 69 minutes.

This was Rangers’ worst of the season, no getting away from it.

We can look at the offside goal that wasn’t, but few fans are really using that as an excuse because Rangers FC should have enough to overcome bottom of the table Dundee.

A bad, bad day for everyone.
