“Undroppable”, “Must start against Celtic” – Rangers fans rave about star performer

Rangers strolled to yet another comfortable win, with a sweep of form that is currently much more like what fans expect of a Rangers team.

Hearts, St Johnstone, Hamilton, Ayr and Falkirk to name just five are some of the teams Rangers have coasted against recently, and after the quarter final success with the Bairns, a cameo performance from the frustratingly underused Jason Cummings yielded a hat trick for the ex-Hibs forward.

Cummings has shown time and time again his remarkable talent, and the 22-year old striker will be a little irritated at his lack of starts and general game time, but his hat trick today sent a message to manager Graeme Murty that he has a serious shout for starting against Celtic.

Rangers fans seem to agree – the support took to social media following the cup win to express their unquestioned desire to see him face up top Rodgers’ side.
