Rangers have been looking for supplements in two areas of the pitch; defence and attack. Defence may well be bolstered by the return of Ross McCrorie, but attack remains rather thin, with Alfredo Morelos, out of favour Jason Cummings, and backup of Eduardo Herrera and Kenny Miller.
Following his recent heroics for both country and on loan club, there has been an increasing clamour of support for Academy graduate Ryan Hardie, who has impressed more and more as time has gone on, leading to a great number of Rangers fans calling for his incorporation into the first team.
The leading sense is that there is bewilderment as to why this talented forward has never really been given much of a chance at Ibrox, despite excelling at his loan clubs and for his country, and it is safe to say many fans would be happy to see him given a real crack at the first team.
Here’s the best of what they said:
Hi and @Ryanhardie9 defiantly a run in the first team, they have been outstanding for Livi ✋🏻

exposure to 1st team football , i love Ryan Hardie's attitude cant get a game at Rangers goes out on loan at livingston and contributes week in week out ,don't know why he can't catch a break at Rangers would much rather he was handed a jersey for 10 matches and then judge at end

Have to admire the commitment of Ryan Hardie to his loan club, jetting straight in from playing in Andorra and heading down to Dumfries to come on as a goal scoring sub.
He's been terrific for the Lions!
