Who replaces Andy Halliday?

As is now infamous, Rangers’ defensive anchor Andy Halliday was sent off at Cappielow for a mere celebration, leading to a suspension for the former Bradford man.

Consequently debate has turned to who will be filling in for him at his holding position in the engine room.

It highlights Rangers’ lack of cover for that position, and possibly the importance of securing Matt Crooks now or another to fill it.

Manager Mark Warburton has quoted the likes of Arsenal’s on-loan playmaker Gedion Zelalem, former Killie man Dean Shiels, ex-Man Utd youth midfielder and general utility player Jordan Thompson, attacker Harry Forrester and Tottenham Hotspur’s on-loan defender Dominic Ball to name but five who he would willingly slot in there for the visit of Falkirk, but who would you like to see as Rangers’ holding midfielder?

Do any of those five appear the most suited or is there someone else who can replace Halliday for such a crucial match?
