Rangers eye up new defender

As well as the potential signing
of German winger Josef Shirdel, broken to you here exclusively on ibroxnoise.co.uk, Rangers are also interested in signing 19-year old Montenegrin
defender Miloš Milović.
Milović is training at Murray Park
and as yet has not broken into mainstream football, with his only previous
significant gig being with Finnish Premier League side Honka whose demotion to
the bottom tier of Finnish football in January due to financial difficulties
led to his departure.

He made his breakthrough at Mogren
in his homeland, before his 2014 switch to Finnish football, and is currently a
free agent, hence Rangers taking a look at him.
Manager Stuart McCall said of him
(and Shirdel):
“The two lads are in training with us,
but there’s not much to it. They are in Britain right now, so it’s a chance for
us to take a look at them and, if they do well, the club might take it forward
later in the summer.”
It goes without saying that with
a dozen-plus players out of contract, a few new additions such as Milović and
Shirdel would help reduce the squad deficit.
