Rangers’ 29-man squad in full as preseason training starts

With Rangers’ preseason training well and truly underway in earnest, Ibrox Noise wanted to offer a full appraisal of all the squad members returned to Auchenhowie. And those still to make their way there. This means those actually returned to Rangers’ Training Centre in person.

This list will include new signings and loan returns. It will not include youth, only senior established personnel.

Goals:

None.

Rangers only have two goalkeepers at present, and both remain either at the World Cup or on holiday. That’s Liam Kelly and Ivor Pandur.

Defence:

Dujon Sterling, Emmanuel Fernandez, Clinton Nsiala, Tuur Rommens and Ben Godfrey.

Midfield:

Mohamed Diomande, Lyall Cameron, Connor Barron, Dan Neil, Paul Nsio, Ross McCrorie, Tochi Chukwuani and Nedim Bajrami.

Wings:

Djeidi Gassama, Oliver Antman and Ross McCausland.

Striker:

Danilo, Youssef Chermiti, Ryan Naderi and Bojan Miovski.

Gers still at the World Cup or taking that extra time off after it are:

Liam Kelly, Ivor Pandur, John Souttar, Nicolas Raskin, Findlay Curtis, Lawrence Shankland and Thelo Aasgaard.

When those guys also return Rangers will have a 29-man squad but one subject to much, much change.

But as things stand, that’s Rangers’ 29-man present squad.

Expect much evolution over the coming weeks.
