Ibrox Noise was not surprised at all in the reaction to our story about a potential Danny Rohl Ibrox exit from Rangers this summer. While, of course, the information was received in good faith, we know ourselves that things can change at the drop of a hat.
Family Situation Behind Potential Exit
The notion understood is that he and his family do not feel as comfortable with him being in Britain for this long and only getting back to Germany around five times a year.
Essentially, it is not entirely working for him on a family front. While previously he was willing to tolerate that, his family have become a lot less sympathetic to the situation.

The issue of football widows is nothing new, when a family barely sees the father/manager because, of course, he is spending so much time at work, or more to the point, in another country. But this one is a massive commute, and of course, his family did not join him in Britain.
Fans React With Fury
But the reaction from pro-Rohl fans has been filled with the usual expected rage. Those who back Rohl naturally growl and smoke at the ears over the notion that he might be leaving.
We received the information that he could be leaving in good faith. And we will always report the information that we get from sources that we trust in good faith. Those sources can sometimes be wrong, and or, as is more likely, things simply change. We also clearly pointed out that this story was ‘likely’ and not ‘certain’.
Rohl Likely To Leave
But at the moment, Rohl is likely to depart at the end of the season on mutual consent. Simply put, he will go back to Germany, be with his family and find a new gig back home.
Once they are older, that is when he would be likely to be able to go overseas for another gig on different shores. However, for now, he is only 36 and still a young father, let us not forget. Consequently, his departure on a personal level is not that surprising.
Ibrox Noise Defends Its Reporting
However, fans raging about this story were filled with complete and total venom towards Ibrox Noise.
Fake news, of course, being the biggest accusation. Ibrox Noise will never produce anything fabricated. Simple as that.
We will get information from various sources and sometimes it will be wrong, but everything that you will read on this site has been honestly received and taken in good faith.
We do not publish half of the stories and information that we get because we know a lot of them are simply wrong, but we will always trust certain sources. Sources have come through for us before and will do so again. And one such source provided this information.
Consequently, we went with faith and we will see if indeed this proves to be correct.
So, at the end of the day, we will see if Danny Rohl Ibrox exit does indeed materialise, but we are not sure that there really is that strong a case for it to not to happen anymore anyway.
