Value

That’s 13 players, not a single one of whom have added an ounce of value to Rangers.

We might like Antman and Djiga at Ibrox Noise, but we won’t pull the wool over your face by pretending they’ve worked out in Govan. And yes, we know Cortes was not technically this regime’s fault, but still.

Danny Rohl admitted in the press that Aasgard is not working out, in as many words. Fernandez hinted the same about how the manager feels about himself too.

Junk

In short, Kevin Thelwell bought a load of utter junk, or loaned it in, and Rangers have been weakened.

That a team with Jefte and Cyriel Dessers can be lessened by their exits shows how chronically shocking recruitment has become at Rangers.

And this summer that fell on Kevin Thelwell.

He signed absolute rot, junk and misplaced chafe with Rangers’ money and lost his job for it.

Roster

But now the big issue is how do Rangers get shot of the overpriced crap on our roster?

Not a single player in that list, permanently signed, has come close to shining. Antman is the only one who has a CV of quality and who is capable of more.

Aside him, Rangers have a real issue.

Moreover yet another rebuild, because Rangers now have a lower SPL-level team that has been gargantuanly overpriced.

The real level Rangers are at always shows when our Championship level manager takes his EFL slop squad into a European match or Old Firm and gets their backsides handed.

Ship

Furthermore how do you ship all that waste out? Rangers overpriced junk is a problem.

Unfortunately, long expensive contracts are deeply hard to sell off, and Rangers are definitely in trouble to try to clean out Thelwell’s mess.

We can’t see any way to get shot of all or even most of these players, loan exits aside.

Unless Cavenagh has a magic wand, Rangers are stuck with an absolute god-awful squad and no way to shift it.

Thanks Kev.
