Cerny makes big confession about his Rangers future

If one Rangers player has utterly shone this season aside Hamza, it would be Czech international star Vaclav Cerny.

Rangers fans have made it pretty clear that they want to keep the former Twente man but unfortunately his price is completely out of rangers reach.

For the club to confirm him as a permanent addition would set rangers back around £8 million.

However, tellingly the winger has admitted his options are pretty open at this point and he has by no means committed himself to rangers.

He has confirmed that his career in Germany with his current employer is over but he has admitted there has been interest in him from elsewhere and he has to plan his next move.

Cerny has not done what former Rangers winger Sima did by claiming 100% that he wanted to stay at Rangers. The Senegal international already knew his wages were beyond rangers reach but paid lip service anyway.

Rangers current star winger is making no such promises but does admit that he is thoroughly enjoying his football with Rangers and pays a lot of credit to Clement.

The problem is, we just cannot keep him.

He will almost certainly return to Germany before making his next move in the summer and unless Rangers can magic out £8 million it won’t be back to Scotland.
