Rangers’ crunch CL tie against PSV will be shown in its entirety live with both legs being available on BT Sport, both home and away.

Despite rarely to never covering qualifying rounds, BT have secured the coveted rights to this one as the playoff round’s marquee tie surfaces in what is easily the match of any qualifying round this season in Europe.

This also marks Rangers’ debut in the BT Sport CL era as a CL side, albeit just the qualifiers.

For existing subscribers to BT Sport, this also means this tie, both legs, will be available at no additional cost nor need to spend a further £10 to RTV or subscribe to Premier Sports, and that is a welcome change at a time of the energy crisis impending and ready to crush wallets over the next two years.

So anything which allows fans to save a few quid here and there is welcome, and we certainly didn’t appreciate the last round being exclusive on RTV and costing a lot of fans money they didn’t really have.

No, this one is completely live both home and away, the first leg on Tuesday 16th BT Sport 1 and Ultimate, while the return is on the Wednesday on BT Sport 1 alone.

For those of course who don’t have BT Sport, it will be available on RTV as well we’d imagine, but there’s no confirmation of that yet.
