Rangers’ Portuguese camp got into full swing today, with three of the non-arrivals making it to Faro. Glen Kamara, Ryan Kent and Borna Barisic are in with the squad going through their paces having missed the first week, but there’s no sign yet of Calvin Bassey and as we know, Joe Aribo is negotiating his move to Southampton.
Alfredo is there, although isn’t visible in the club galleries as yet.
We were certainly interested in which of the big three would make it, and as it turns out, just Aribo isn’t there, and is close to that exit, but the likes of Kamara, Barisic and Kent being there is good to see.
As for Bassey, he was busy today with a private engagement visiting his former school, so we assume he will jet out and join up within a day or two.
But aside Joe Aribo and Bassey, everyone relevant is now in Faro and seemingly accounted for.
Let the fun and games begin.
No panic , yet but it’s been really frustrating to watch our useless lack of action at all. The board have been gazumped by the contract 3 who have made it very uncomfortable . Aribo goes fine Happy with that Kent ????unsure why he doesn’t just go . Morelos is different , we have no replacements or back up. It’s beginning to look messy . The rotten mob will be loving this mess.
