We saw amusing reports that the opposition on Sunday refused to refer to Rangers by our proper name, calling us only the opposition, so we thought ‘fair enough’, and we’ll afford the same courtesy to Glasgow’s third team back, rejoicing as we do a very satisfying win over our opponent and really making them sad.
So Rangers convincingly dispatched our opponent yesterday in a style befitting the Famous, and showed hard graft and determination to break our duck against them since Gio took over.
The opposition do remain favourite for the league, but Rangers changed the landscape a little the past week, in fact a lot, and we’re delighted to see the opposition and their fans so quiet the past few days.
We thought we’d keep this one short.

As a Celtic fan , I don’t care that we lost the game on Sunday, or that they are still in Europe, because Celtic already won the big prize in 1967 and nobody not even the rangers can take that away from us. We were the first team in Britain to claim that prize like many other firsts in our history
