Reports Andreas Skov Olsen is going to Club Brugge appear to have been wide of the mark, with no destination yet set for the Danish winger, whose future is still up in the air.
While the Belgians were said to be the winners of the battle for his signature, this now appears to have been incorrect, and the only thing for apparent sure is Bologna are requiring to sell a number of players to raise funds.
And Skov Olsen appears to be one such, albeit he would be quite happy with that such is his disappointing time in Italy.
Are Rangers still in the hunt?
Sources say Rangers did bid for him, and did match the asking price, but we’re not sure what materialised from that other than claims Brugge had won the race.
He still has not gone to Brugge, so it could very much be possible for Rangers to sign him after all.
It’s one to watch.
