Rangers are said to have matched the £4.5M fee Bologna have asked for winger Andreas Skov Olsen and the signing could be a goer, according to reports.
The 22-year old has had a middling time of it in Italy, and has never truly been in manager Sinisa Mihajlovic’s plans, and seeks a move away.
It initially looked like the former Nordsjælland might be going out on loan, but claims this morning suggest the asking price set by the Italians has been met.
This would be an exceptionally popular signing among Rangers fans, keen on not just Skov Olsen but on a right winger finally arriving in Govan.
And not just any old one, but the one we’ve been looking at and wanting for well over a year plus.
This would finally solve the RW issue plaguing Rangers for many years, and our very own legendary Dane Brian Laudrup can’t speak more highly of his compatriot.
The sale of Nathan Patterson has absolutely changed everything, and should this one be completed, Skov Olsen will join James Sands as likely January additions.
