I’m going to talk to the wind, but can we get Katic back now?

Yep we all know Katic is not popular with some inside Ibrox, but being popular does not win trophies!

Does anyone think our rearguard would get bullied the way it does with Katic in there?

Do you think forwards love getting their heads cracked in two by a flying cannonball?

It’s said by those who know more than we do that Katic is still learning his trade, but who else in our side is willing to make it painful to be in our penalty box?

And that brings me to my second point. One thing that was said last week was our players are just too nice.

NO…that is not the problem!

In fact, it’s never been the problem.

The problem is our senior players never turn their necks to see what the hell is happening!

When I was working in Japan, when the J-league first started up, one thing we drilled into the Japanese players was to always know what you were going to do with the ball the second you get it.

You just don’t get in trouble when you know exactly where your out is, three seconds before you get the ball, and you also have the fun of watching your opponents run around 10 times faster, just to keep up with the ball.

I’m going to bet blasted for saying this…but take a very good look at how Kyogo plays, and you will see what I mean.

He is always looking around to see who is making a run.

He always knows who is free.

And he also knows where the gaps are…

Being blunt….even with Kyogo out injured, their other two signings from Japan play the same way.

What is worrying me is if our players don’t learn to use their necks, we could easily get a football lesson handed to us next week, and I dread to think what is going to happen when we play Dortmund.
