Rangers’ talented young hitman Rory Wilson, fresh off a stunning hat trick at the weekend, is yet another hot shot youngster being tracked by major clubs from Europe including top PL giants and German outfits.

The 15 year old has lit up the U18s team with some sparkling displays and goal scoring, and is attracting consequent interest from big fish south of the pond, with both Manchester giants monitoring him alongside others.

The youngster, who has two caps for his country, is a regular for the club in the Youth League, and he’ll be in action tomorrow v Hammarby in Sweden whether from the bench or as a starter, and his domestic displays have caught the eye.

Another Billy Gilmour?

Rangers do struggle to hold onto their prize talent, with the current on loan Norwich man the big example of one such departure, but the likes of Kai Kennedy and Nathan Patterson remain at Ibrox with hopefully good futures at the club, so it’s not a foregone conclusion over Wilson, regardless of the calibre of sides in for him.

We’ll see how he develops over the next year.
