Rangers ready to completely slaughter Dundee

If ever there was a better time to face Dundee, we’re not sure we recall it. Winless all season, ruined by St Johnstone in the cup midweek and the Leigh Griffiths police charge have all combined to make the Dens Park side a diabolical state and easily the worst start we can remember for any SPL team.

And now distracted by the toxic Griffiths stuff, dumped out of the cup and rooted rock bottom with just 4 goals in 6 matches under the hapless James McPake, the Dee are truly miserable.

So no better side to finally give a real doing to hmmm?

Rangers have a John Lundstram and Ianis Hagi bang in form, Fashion Sakala starting to motor a bit, and the promising Nathan Patterson and Calvin Bassey. Things at Ibrox might have been better in the recent past, but they’ve certainly been much much worse and this is literally the perfect time to face such woeful opposition.

Respect all opponents, yes, and don’t get complacent – you earn your wins v everyone, even Bonnybuggle Rovers, but if there’s a better time to face Dundee we’d love to hear it.

They’re a shambles, and Rangers are just ready for that big win, that molication to finally slaughter someone and announce we’re in business.

Will Griffiths start? More chance of yours truly doing the fandango with Pixie Lott. The whole thing with the Celtic hitman is a toxin Dundee don’t need, and his presence would completely distract from the match.

That said, feel free to start him James, we can all enjoy a good laugh.

Yes, this one is certainly more interesting than most Dundee matches.

We do still really rate Jason Cummings though, after all this time. He isn’t that bad a guy to bring in…

  1. Hope the cumdog doesn’t come back to haunt us, he was always one l seen as a squad filler for the famous and he loved our club

  2. I don’t really see us hammering anyone at the moment. I expect another turgid affair with yet another narrow win. But I’m prepared to be surprised.
