Kamara racism attack as Celtic fan smears Rangers man
Another act of disgraceful racism in Scottish football....

There’s fury today after video emerged of an apparent Celtic fan with racial gestures against Rangers’ Glen Kamara.

The supporter, seen on public transparent, is clearly heard smearing the Finnish international while doing monkey gestures in an act which will shame Celtic only days after the club publicly slaughtered the anti-Kyogo disgrace.

Rangers of course banned those individuals indefinitely, and cleverly, the Irish tricolour covers the gentleman’s face so he cannot be identified with any ease meaning a ban will be difficult.

We all know how both sides of the Old Firm have a sinister element, and this is part and parcel of it, but it doesn’t make things any easier and both clubs must do everything they can to root out the vile element of their fanbase.

End of the day, these are professionals who could do without racial attacks, and Scott Brown, a former Celtic player and captain, will be particularly ashamed of this act against Kamara following his own gesture of support to the Rangers man just before he quit Parkhead for Pittodrie.

Poor.

  1. I have not seen the clip and to be honest I wouldn’t want to. I have no time for any form of racism, bigotry or hatred in general. If the picture you are shown is a screen shot of the vile act in which your article is about well you need to amend your article, the picture shows the Ivory Coast Flag not Irish Flag. I hope one day soon all forms of abuse will end and those who are filled with hatred will see the error of their ways. So here is to Kamara and all those that have suffered abuse we stand with you, we stand beside you and we will not tolerate this vile behavior any more.
