Rangers transfer summer madness has hotted up after FIVE PL clubs were credited with both interest in Glen Kamara, and making contact over Rangers’ star midfielder.

Watford, Everton, Leeds, Arsenal, and West Ham are all seriously looking at Kamara, with the only doubt being the latter given reportedly they’re not in the market this summer for a defensive midfielder, but either way, all five are certainly being credited with major interest in the Finnish star whose stock has never been higher.

Rangers have been attributed as slapping a £15M tag on his head, but clearly the former Dundee man can fetch a lot more than that, and could easily smash the Scottish record held by Celtic for Kieran Tierney.

End of the day, Kamara has not signed a new deal, albeit of course he’s been away with his country this summer, but he’s had a chance to sign one, like Connor Goldson, since last October and hasn’t taken it.

With two years left on his deal, Kamara can fetch Rangers big money and we’re leaning towards the sale – he’s been polite and reserved about it but he does ultimately want the PL and he may not find a better time to make that big move south.

Of course none of them will offer CL, but honestly, that’s not the big carrot the PL is for many players.

If he is sold, it should be the best deal for Rangers.

  1. Yes to the sale , but no comprise on any price lower than 15-20 Million . He would fit EPL as he would get more time on the ball . Let’s hope it can be to both our benefit.

  2. Agree with Bill B no less than 15m and insert clause for percentage of any future move. Bid for St Johmstones Ali McCann a current NI international who Steven Davis raves about. He is only 21 and gazump the scum who are reportedly interested in him
