Using Rangers – another nonsense story exploits Ryan Kent
TILBURG, NETHERLANDS - SEPTEMBER 24: Ryan Kent of Rangers looks on during the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round match between Willem II and Glasgow Rangers at Koning Willem II Stadium on September 24, 2020 in Tilburg, Netherlands. Once again former Aberdeen midfielder Noel Whelan has been wheeled out by Football Insider to create more attention on Ryan Kent and the non-move to Leeds.

Indeed, the latest nonsense from this farcical media outlet and its ridiculous pundit is to allege that Kent’s move to Leeds is in jeopardy because of the position he wants to play in.

Where do we begin with this?

It’s just a washed-up Aberdeen player using Rangers along with FI for attention – there’s nothing to this story, and it’s literally clicks.

We’re transparent on Ibrox Noise – we too require traffic to generate the funds to keep the site going – we’ll never lie about that.

But we’ll not bring you absolute nonsense stories based on hogwash and make them out as fact.

A former Aberdeen player, on FI, claiming Kent’s ‘move’ to Leeds is ‘under threat’ because of the position they want to fill?

The move Rangers already rejected down to the bid size, and the fact Kent has no interest right now in leaving Rangers?

He may in the future be ready to give the PL another crack, but as we know for personal reasons Kent is staying up here.

Unless his good lady wishes to follow him to Leeds, he won’t be moving any time soon – and he is entirely happy with Rangers.

After all, Kent has made his career at Ibrox, and has never shown any overtures about leaving. Like Kamara, he may leave one day but he’s conducted himself with complete grace and has committed himself to Govan, unlike some.

But this story? Just using him and Rangers, and indeed Leeds, for clicks.
