Ins outs shake it all about – Rangers’ Deadline Day latests…

Rangers’ deadline day is very much underway and Ibrox Noise takes you through all the nuggets we have at this point in mid-afternoon, aside John Fleck….

Scott Wright has a 70% chance of being secured today. A swap deal isn’t happening and it’s down to Rangers to plump up the reported £300,000 fee. It doesn’t appear to have a thing to do with Ross McCrorie’s time there at all which is a separate arrangement.

Jack Simpson is said to be north of the border today to seal a deadline day move too – there’s a few contradictions one way or the other about what’s happening here, but this is one Rangers want immediately. We need four defenders and Edmundson is gone to Derby while Katic’s recovery is unclear.

Jamie Barjonas, who Stevie never really rated, is out – the midfielder has been linked with a bunch of clubs but it seems the prime destination is the USA and he could well get that sealed today.

Nnamdi Ofoborh is in the balance – the Bournemouth midfielder is wanted by a host of clubs, not just Rangers, and frankly that one looks like it’ll fall through. There are claims by a dodgy site that Wycome have secured him, but we do know it’s very much 50/50 as far as Rangers go.

And as we know, Billy Gilmour is reportedly not happening. There was some brief talk of him coming home, but Southampton want him too, and new Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel rates the kid unlike his predecessor and wants to make him a big part of the club. So forget that one!

More as we get it.
