But even we had to commit a double take to this comment of madness which shows just how far Celtic fans will now go to defend their boy Edouard in the face of Alfredo Morelos’ genius.
Morelos of course nabbed yet another goal today, taking him to a staggering 25 in 28 for Rangers, and it was all too much for this chap who, in his desperation to attack Morelos and defend the French maestro at Parkhead, managed to undermine the very point of being a striker.

And the worrying thing is this chap clearly isn’t alone in using any mindless mental comment to smear El-Buffalo with and big up his own version.
Let’s not be ridiculous – Edouard is an excellent striker and Celtic are lucky (and wealthy enough) to have him. But Morelos’ form is so ludicrously good this season, verging into the world class sphere, that the finest from the East will resort to whatever they can to dismiss him.
Credibility out of the window, and remember chaps and chapesses – some of the best strikers in the world don’t score any goals…
That lot can fuck off, We paid peanuts for El Buffelo & look what we are getting in return! A player who is breaking records, & will sooner rather than later earn the club astronomical amounts of money when he is sold, yes he still owes us a big performance against that lot & fingers crossed it will come this Sunday…..that lot on the other hand, paid nearly 10 million for Ed, I'm not saying he is a bad player, & yes he has scored a few goals against us & in the Europa league, but let's face it, Goldson & Tav gifted him the goal last time out, if we paid 10 million for a striker I'd expect 40 league goals & plenty goals in Europe…..so all the unwashed fans from the East end & all. The biased Scottish media outlets can fuck off with there constant praise of Celtic "top striker" hasn't Christie scored more league goals? �� He still isn't a patch on Dembele, who was bought for a similar fee to that of Freddos & look what he did for that lot in the league, in the Champions league & against us….
Literally NO, there's NOT! Strikers exist, to score goals. Good ones like Alfredo, that's all they want to do. Sheer sour-grapes and FEAR, it smells like, to me. Alfredo will just go on doing what he does. They don't call them, the 'obsessed' for nothing. He needs to sort his life out.
I don't know whether to laugh because the comment is so ridiculous, or cry that someone could be so utterly brainless.

The BIG thing about Morelos is that he does so much MORE than score goals. He runs channels, he upsets and bullies defenders, he's good on the ground and in the air, and he has a decent number of assists on top of his goals. If he only scored 15 goals a season his place in the team would still be justified on that basis. But he's likely to get 40 goals this season. A top striker in every sense.
