Rangers’ Player of the Year – your vote (updated)

With that time now fast approaching, Rangers will soon begin nominations for the official Player of the Year Award.

There is absolutely no lack of selection. From colossal striker Martyn Waghorn’s powerful wingplay, supporting linkups and of course his glut of goals, to midfield dynamo Jason Holt’s industry, pace, and precision, to flying right-back James Tavernier who exploded onto the scene in the early part of the season, there is an abundance of worthy candidates this season for the first time in too long.

And here is where Ibroxnoise.co.uk readers can make their preliminary selections. Only one vote per user and the result will be announced tomorrow.

No vote preview either – choose your personal preference for Rangers’ Player of the Year season 2015/206 and the results will be announced over the next 48 hours.

Non-playing or injured players are not included, and neither are players who were mainly deployed as substitutes, which excludes Dean Shiels, Nicky Law and Nicky Clark.

Without further ado, make your choice with the poll below.

Please note – this is not an official vote and is not endorsed by Rangers.

  1. There is too many individual performances to talk about just glad I don't have to make that decision

  2. For all Jason Holt has been a true bargain, have to remember Barrie McKay was free. McKay's contribution in every game he's played has been integral to us picking up points. Get's my vote.

  3. kenny has been consistent with his shrewd eye for an opening and a pass and his non-stop running which creates space for others. an individualist and a team player.

  4. The whole team has been fantastic, but for me, Lee Wallace and James Tavernier have been the biggest standouts all season. It's difficult to choose between the two but i'm gonna have to go with captain fantastic, Lee Wallace. Not only has he been in outstanding form, but his dedication and commitment to rangers has been second to none. Fully deserves player of the year in my book.

  5. All players have been fantastic this season,, but Lee Wallace has led by example, not just this year,, but since we went down,,, His loyalty and performances are very much deserving of a rangers jersey,,, well done son,,
